The sequence of movements on the hand and under the rider is characterized by a large, rhythmic translation. Both under the rider and in free movement, the stallion always moves uphill with great elasticity.
It is the task of the Holsteiner Verband Hengsthaltung GmbH to endeavor to acquire top-class dressage stallions in addition to the area of show jumping stallions. When looking for a dressage aspirant suitable for Holstein genetics, the interest fell on Goldberg's son Goldball, who is owned by Paul Schockemöhle Pferdehaltung GmbH. The stallion, already licensed in Mecklenburg and Oldenburg, fulfills many of the requirements in terms of type, movement potential and ancestry that a dressage stallion has to meet in Holsteiner breeding. Ultimately, the opportunity offered to acquire 50 percent of the property of this stallion was realized. As agreed, this stallion is trained in Elmshorn and set up as a stallion.
Goldball is an interesting option for breeders who are ambitious in dressage. His modern exterior gives him the opportunity to look positive in terms of size, long lines and long legs. The extraordinary abilities in terms of rideability and basic gaits create space for new breeding decisions.
